Frequently Asked Questions

Purchasing PrimeExam:

Is your website and purchase process secure?

Yes. We use industry-standard 128-bit SSL encryption for all information you submit, including your name, address, and credit card information. Credit card information is stored only long enough for us to complete the transaction with your bank.

Do you share my email address or other information with anyone else?

No, we never share your personal information with anyone else, unless required by law to do so. If you don't request our newsletter, the only email you will ever receive from us is the confirmation of your purchase with PrimeExam registration codes in it.

Can I get a refund after I purchase PrimeExam?

No, because we offer a fully functional TryOut version of the software that lets you see if the program is right for you before you purchase it. Once a registration code is issued, there is no way for us to take it back. However, if you encounter problems with PrimeExam after your purchase, we want to fix them quickly - please visit our support pages.

Why do you need my address if I'm only downloading the software?

We collect your address for credit card verification purposes, as required by our bank. This helps protect you (and us) against the unauthorized use of your card.

What and where is the CVV code on my credit card?

The "customer verification" number is a security code that appears on your credit card. We verify this number for your safety, as it verifies that the card is in your posession. The CVV number is printed on MasterCard, Visa, or Discover cards in the signature area of the back of the card (it is the last 3 digits AFTER the credit card number in the signature area of the card). On an American Express card, it is on the front of the card above and to the right of the account number.

Registering PrimeExam

How do I enter the registration code?

Select the "Register" menu item from the Help menu in PrimeExam if it is already running. Then, copy the registration code from your browser or email program and paste it into the registration code box in PrimeExam. It's easiest to do this by selecting the text and using control-C or Edit-Copy and then control-V to paste in the box. Click on the Register button and PrimeExam will complete the process.

Why won't PrimeExam accept my registration code?

If you typed the code instead of pasting it, be sure that you copied it exactly - a lowercase "L" and the number 1 often look similar, but the code won't work unless it is copied exactly.

If you purchased PrimeExam more than 30 days ago and need to re-install it, your registration code may have expired. You can get a new one by going to the Customer Login Support Page and entering your email address and password. Then click on "get new registration code" next to the product name, and a new code will be created for you.
